This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities and excellent customer service. the spacious room was equipped with luxurious facilities and a private Jacuzzi, and the outdoor swimming pool area with sun loungers and a garden area had a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel's location was perfect, right next to a shopping mall with various leisure options.
the staff promptly apologized and provided us with alternative options.

It's hard to overlook the convenience of the location of this hotel. Guests will be pleased to find numerous restaurants and shops nearby, making food and shopping easy. the rooms are generally spacious, clean, and come with ample amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning. the staff is usually accommodating, and the views from some rooms are quite stunning.
There is a definite pet peeve: the lifts can take a long time to arrive, which may be frustrating when carrying bags or rushing to a meeting.

Location was fantastic, with great views from the balcony. Appreciated the spacious room, and the gym and infinity pool were nice facilities. The fast internet and TV box were also a plus.
The lift was extremely slow and the building was run down with damaged furnishings. The sauna was closed and the swimming pool area was not well maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly and the bathroom was not cleaned well upon arrival. the negative aspects detracted from our xmas experience at this hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Parking was free and I had no trouble finding it. Check-in was easy and I liked that I could communicate with the property manager via chat. The room was spacious and perfect for my family. We enjoyed the nice view from the balcony and had a great time at the mall nearby. I also appreciated the gym and pool facilities provided. this hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
